We are looking to recruit a Business & Performance manager to rovide a comprehensive range of executive support and business development services to Senior Management Team members of the North & West Division.
To facilitate effective communications within the North & West Division and wider organisation. The post-holder will be directly responsible and accountable for leading on and monitoring key projects and North & West Division wide initiatives including the development of reports, business cases and service development plans to the Head of Community Services.
The post-holder will be a key member of the North & West Division Senior Management Team providing direct operational, strategic management and support to the whole team, in ensuring delivery of efficient and high quality services.
The post-holder will have direct responsibility for co-ordinating reports for key NHS Highland Committees in support of the Head of Community Services.
