Procurement within NHS Highland is looking for two motivated, organised and proactive individuals to come and join our team. These roles will involve working with colleagues across NHS Highland, providing support and procurement expertise for various categories. This will include supporting all things across the Procurement spectrum, e.g. project planning, data analysis, contract development, tenders, and contract management.

Finance is a huge part of what is driving us at the moment, so candidates will be working to support the delivery of ambitious savings targets whilst ensuring a continued focus on quality and compliance. Being able to focus on the task in hand, prioritising a busy workload and managing competing demands on your time will be key to success.

We are always looking for ways to be more efficient and effective in what we do, so candidates should be curious and inquisitive, and want to support the improvement of our processes. You should also have great communication and interpersonal skills and be confident facilitating and supporting change, and be able to demonstrate resilience if faced with resistance to change.
