An exciting opportunity has become available in the Joint Transitions team for a Referral Assessment Officer based in Inverness covering the NHS Highland South and Mid areas. The team works to enable transitions as young people aged 14-25 prepare for adulthood. The successful candidate will be able to work both autonomously and within a busy team. They will be passionate and creative to enable young people to reach their potential.
As Referral Assessment Officer you would be responsible for working alongside social workers and others in the team to assess the needs of young adults and liaise with independent sector support providers to ensure care and support is provided as required.
