A vacancy has arisen for a band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our experienced and expanding team in Caithness. This particular post will predominantly cover the West Caithness Community, assessing and providing meaningful activities and risk assessed equipment/adaptations to support people to live safely at home and decrease dependency. We aim to elevate the level of integration, working closely with the MDT and colleagues across care settings, so that the post holder can develop (and impart) their skills and knowledge to offer a seamless service underpinned by the principles of realistic medicine. Experience of ADL equipment and adaptations is desirable, however the post holder will be offered the relevant training and supervision to fulfil the role.
This is a full-time permanent post, to be worked in accordance with service requirements.
